Refund Policy

Tickets for events  are non-refundable once purchased. This is because, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, event tickets tied to a specific date are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right that applies to most online purchases.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you will be entitled to a full refund of your ticket price, or you may choose to carry your ticket over to a future rescheduled event instead. Refunds will be issued [via original payment method / within X working days — to be confirmed].

If you can no longer attend, please contact the event host to discuss exchanging your ticket for admission to a future Close Poetry event. This is offered at the organiser's discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
